Dried oregano leaves (Origanum vulgare)

Oregano is a culinary herb used for its aromatic aroma and warm, herbaceous flavour. It is often added to tomato sauces for pasta and pizza bases.

Oregano is also delicious with roasted vegetables, and complements beef or lamb stews, gravies, salads, poultry and fish. 

Our oregano is organically grown and picked and dried in small batches to obtain optimum quality. Grown in Amberley, New Zealand by The Herb Garden.
